Open since 1997, it offers a traditional artisanal cuisineThe menu is light on fat and has an exotic touch reminiscent of the restaurant's Caribbean origins: Caribbean-style braised beef cheeks, empanadas, and marinated salmon carpaccio are among the offerings, along with chicken rice and seafood verdinas (available upon request). The restaurant is also open to non-hotel guests, though reservations are recommended.
